We understand that the process of choosing and purchasing new beauty equipment can be challenging. Whether for your personal use or your business, it's crucial that your machines are of high quality and reliability. In addition to providing high quality machines, GoemSlim offers a 24-month warranty and lifetime customer support on all of our machines.
Please note, the following warranty details apply exclusively to GoemSlim machines and do not include consumables like gels and liquids.
We provide a 24-month warranty for both the primary machine and spare parts. This warranty does not cover consumables or disposable items like replacement bulbs. The warranty is non-transferable unless approved by our customer service.
Main Machine Warranty:
For 24 months from the delivery date, we protect your machine against construction defects. If a structural defect in the main machine is reported to us with proper evidence (like clear photos or videos), we'll arrange for necessary repairs. This could involve showing you how to fix the issue with instructional videos, or, when deemed necessary by the technicians of GoemSlim, replace the original machine with a new machine.
The above warranty doesn't apply if a customer fails or refuses to provide requested information such as photos and videos.
Spare Parts Warranty:
We ensure the parts/accessories of your machines against defects for 24 months from the delivery date. If a machine part like a handle isn't working properly due to a construction defect and this is reported to us (e.g., with a video showing the part's defect), we'll arrange for necessary repairs or replace the part/accessory free of charge.
GoemSlim covers the shipping costs of spare parts in the first 3 months of the warranty period. After the first 3 months, the shipping costs of requested spare parts will be charged to the buyer/customer.
If the main machine needs replacement due to structural defects within the first 24 months of the warranty period, GoemSlim will provide the new machine free. However, the buyer/receiver must cover the shipping and delivery cost of the new machine.
The warranty doesn't cover damage or defects caused by:
- Not following usage instructions or misusing the product
- The buyer/customer failing to provide any evidence of the claimed defect or damage
- Modifying the product
- Impact or insertion of foreign objects
- Using harmful chemicals
- Normal wear and tear
After the warranty period, GoEMSlim will continue to offer technical support, but the buyer/customer may need to cover some costs, depending on the situation. (GoemSlim will supply needed replacement parts at cost.)
