1. Obtain pre-authorization for returns from GoemSlim LLC by contacting your representative. Should you not have an assigned representative, please contact us Email: info@goemslim.com (Monday - Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m GMT+8).

 

2. Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and returned in original packaging. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging of a product for 30 calendar days after receiving it.

 

3. Equipment is not eligible for refunds after 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Items returned within the first 14 calendar days without original packaging or in used/unsaleable condition are subject to a 30% processing fee. Items returned within the first 14 calendar days in their original packaging or in unused/saleable condition are not subject to a processing fee. GoemSlim LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the condition of the returned item. The shipping address will be sent to you by email after the return is approved.

 

4. Refund requests need to be made within 14 calendar days by contacting us at: info@goemslim.com in order for a refund to be considered.

 

5. Return shipping arrangements and return shipping expense are both the customer’s responsibility.

 

6. If you have received a gift, you need to return it together with the machine host. Should the gifted items not be returned, the full cost of the item will be deducted from the refund (if eligible).

 

7. Damage of the equipment due to unauthorized product modifications, improper voltage supply, abuse, improper packaging, or inappropriate use / use prior to successfully completing the training course is not covered by this warranty.

 

8. Customers are responsible for properly packaging products for return to the GoemSlim LLC facility to avoid any possible damage during shipping transit. Any damage resulting from inappropriate packaging / insufficient protection inside the shipped box is at fault of the customer. Each accessory must be packed individually and carefully protected with bubble wrap, styrofoam, or similar material and any screen on the unit must also be carefully covered during transportation. Items returned must be tightly secured inside the package with accessories safely protected to avoid damage due to shifting during transportation.

 

9. Custom products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.

 

10. Special order or pre-order products will require a 30% deposit of the total price with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Special order or pre-order products will result in a 30% restocking fee if canceled or returned.

 

11. Refunds are contingent upon the condition of the equipment, packaging, date of purchase, and must be pre-authorized. If a refund is granted, it is issued within 90 days.

 

12. Any shipping and handling damages must be reported to GoemSlim LLC within 24 hours of receiving a product.

 

13. Order cancellation: We have a fast turn around of orders in an effort to ensure quick delivery. As a general rule, orders cannot be canceled if more than 1 hour has passed since the order was placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order within this 1 hour please contact info@goemslim.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to satisfy your requests.
